Publishing Opportunity for Professional, Practicing, Applied and Engaged Anthropologists

The Annals of Anthropological Practice (AAP) provides a broad-based international publication platform. Given the substantial and ongoing increases in the number of anthropological practitioners, the National Association for the Practice of Anthropology (NAPA) feels there is a clear need for additional high quality, peer-reviewed publication outlets to meet the increasing needs of applied, practicing, and engaged anthropologists. To that end, NAPA has transitioned from a single-theme monograph format to an all-volunteered format, providing an important venue for practicing scholars and widening the field of offerings in the AAP. Papers featuring innovations in methods, applications, and findings in a broad range of research and practice are of particular interest.

For more background information and author guidelines, see the AAP page on the NAPA website. Please direct any questions or inquiries to the editor, John Brett at john.brett@ucdenver.edu.
