How can anthropologists approach the influence of economists?

This week a new article appeared in Anthropology News which asks why do anthropologists not have an impact proportional to their insight? The article which was written by Elizabeth K. Briody and Marc S. Robinson argues that anthropologists are as suited as economists to take center stage in policy debates and the media, and yet, we are often notably absent. It is an important piece which offers all of us anthropologists some very practical advice for increasing our visibility. Please check it out, and share it on social media!
